Remedy Personality
“The Airway Opener” — She arrives when breathing feels tight, dry, and restricted. Calm and steady, she helps open the airways and soften the harsh, barking cough. Her presence restores ease and flow where constriction once held tight. Her message is reassuring: “Breathe freely again.”
Internal Notes
Spongia = dry barking cough + airway constriction. Differentiates clearly from: Drosera (spasmodic cough with gagging) Hepar Sulph (croup with mucus and sensitivity to cold)
Affirmation
“My breathing is open and calm. Air flows freely and easily.”
