Dosing
Take 2 pillules or 4 drops every 15–30 minutes during acute chest congestion or respiratory distress. As breathing eases and mucus begins to clear, reduce to 2–3 times daily, then discontinue once resolved.
Top Uses
Rattling, mucus-filled chest with weak cough – Chest infections where mucus is difficult to expectorate – Laboured or noisy breathing – Fatigue or drowsiness accompanying respiratory illness – Bronchitis or chest colds in children or elderly – Productive cough without strength to clear mucus
Remedy Personality
“The Steady Helper” — She works quietly in the background, supporting when energy is low and effort feels heavy. She does not rush or force; instead, she lends strength where it is lacking. Her presence is reassuring and stabilising, helping the body clear what it no longer needs while conserving vital energy. She is especially gentle with those who are tired, vulnerable, or overwhelmed — reminding the lungs how to work efficiently again.
Internal Notes
Ant Tart = mucus present + weak cough – Differentiates clearly from: Ipecac (constant nausea with cough) Hepar Sulph (sensitivity, irritability, suppuration)
Affirmation
“My breath flows freely. My lungs clear with ease and my body regains strength.”
