Charity Consultation (Invitation Only)

This appointment is reserved exclusively for individuals or families who have been personally invited by Root Cause Wellness to receive a complimentary consultation as part of our community support and charitable care program.

These appointments allow us to provide professional homeopathic support to nominated individuals while ensuring dedicated consultation time is reserved in our schedule.

Once your booking is confirmed, an appropriate intake form will be emailed to you. Please complete and return the form at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Please allow 60 minutes for this consultation.

What this appointment includes

• A comprehensive 60-minute consultation.
• Review of your completed intake form.
• Individualised assessment and recommendations.
• Appropriate follow-up guidance where required.

Important to note

• This appointment is by invitation only.
• Bookings are available only to individuals who have been personally referred or approved by Root Cause Wellness.
• If you have not been invited to use this service, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be asked to book the appropriate paid consultation instead.
• Remedies, supplements, pathology, or additional services are not included unless otherwise advised.
• This service cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.
• We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend, you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to another individual in need.
