Dosing
Take 2 pillules or 4 drops every 30–60 minutes during periods of insomnia, nervous overstimulation, or acute restlessness. Reduce to 2–3 times daily as calm and sleep return, then discontinue once balance is restored.
Take the remedy under the tongue or in the mouth.
For best results, ensure the mouth is clean by waiting at least 10 minutes after food, drinks, or brushing teeth.
When using liquids, avoid touching the glass dropper directly to the mouth or skin to prevent contamination of the remedy.
When using pillules, avoid handling them with your hands. Dispense into the cap and tip directly into the mouth.

Storing Your Remedies
Homeopathic remedies are energetic preparations and are best stored with care to help preserve their integrity over time.
Store your remedies in a cool, dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odours. Where practical, keep them away from electronic devices and strong electromagnetic fields.
Always keep remedies out of reach of children and ensure bottle lids are securely closed after use.
Store remedies in a RCW specially designed case to help shield and protect your remedies while travelling or storing them on the go.

Remedy Personality
“The Quieting Mind” — She understands the brilliance and intensity of an active mind. When thoughts race and excitement keeps the nervous system awake, she brings gentle quiet and grounding. Her presence softens overstimulation and helps the body return to calm. She reminds the mind that rest is safe and necessary. Her message is soothing: “It is time to be still.”
Internal Notes
Coffea = overstimulated mind + insomnia + heightened sensitivity. Differentiates clearly from: Chamomilla (pain with irritability and anger) Avena Sativa (exhaustion and nervous depletion)
Affirmation
“My mind quiets and my body relaxes. Peaceful rest comes naturally.”
